Scholarship Objective
To support outstanding and financially disadvantaged secondary school graduates with five O'Level credits (including English and Mathematics) who aspire to build a career in accounting through the Accounting Technicians Scheme West Africa (ATSWA).

ATSWA is designed for school leavers and other eligible candidates who want to become accounting technicians and later progress to the professional accounting qualification.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
Academic Qualification
Applicants must have at least five WAEC or NECO credits, including English Language and Mathematics.
Age Requirement
Applicants must be between sixteen and twenty years old at the time of application submission.
Interest in Accounting
Candidates should demonstrate genuine passion and commitment toward building a successful career in professional accounting.
Financial Need
Priority is given to applicants from financially disadvantaged backgrounds who require educational support to succeed.
No University Degree
Applicants must not already possess a university degree before applying for this scholarship programme.
Nigerian Applicant
Must be Nigerian secondary school graduates prepared to pursue the ATSWA programme with dedication and integrity.

Selection Process
Applicants will go through the following stages:
1. Online Application
2. Upload Required Documents
- WAEC/NECO Result
- Personal Statement
- Proof of Financial Need
3. Aptitude Test
4. Interview
5. Final Selection
Scholarship Expectations
Recipients are expected to:
- Maintain high ethical standards.
- Attend all mentorship sessions.
- Sit for every ATSWA examination they register for.
- Pass each stage within the expected timeframe.
- Participate in Foundation volunteer activities whenever possible.
Please note: Continued funding is dependent upon satisfactory academic progress.
