3. Respect for Privacy

Your personal information and contact details will be kept confidential and not shared without your permission.

4. Responsible Stewardship

The Foundation will use all donations responsibly, efficiently, and in line with your giving intentions.

5. Acknowledgment and Recognition

You have the right to receive acknowledgment of your gift, unless you wish to remain anonymous.

6. Communication Preferences

You have the right to choose how and how often the Foundation contacts you (e.g., email, SMS, newsletters).

7. Ask Questions and Receive Honest Answers

You may ask questions about our programs, finances, governance, and use of funds — and receive accurate answers in a timely manner.

8. Be Informed of Changes
